1. Definitions

In the terms and conditions the following expressions are to be understood as detailed below:

1. Buyer means the person whose order for is accepted by the Seller.
2. The seller is Castle Lift Ltd.
3. The goods are the goods supplied or provided by the Seller to the Buyer.
4. The contract is between the Seller and Buyer for the supply of goods.

2. Conditions of Sale

1. The goods provided remain the property of the Seller until paid for in full by the Buyer.

3. Payment

1. The Buyer may pay for goods by most major credit and debit cards.
2. Goods may also be purchased via BACS or by cheque on or before delivery, with prior agreement with the Seller.

4. Pricing

1. All prices are subject to V.A.T at the current rate

5. Our Policy

1. If after receipt of goods you are not happy with your purchase we will give you a full refund, the goods however needs to be returned in their original state(new and unused) to the Seller.

6. Availability

1. All orders are subject to availability. Goods temporally out of stock should be indicated in the order basket.
2. You may choose to either wait for despatch when goods arrive back in stock, or you may choose an alternative product.
